As per the Lufthansa Unaccompanied Minor Policy, minors flying solo are allowed to travel solo using Unaccompanied Minor services. Parents may book a Minor Service for their children travelling alone, aged from 12 years up to 17 years. Unaccompanied children aged 12-17 may also utilize this service, as long as they are requested by their parents. This additional service is compulsory for children younger than 12 years old traveling unaccompanied. Children aged at least 12 years of age, up to 17 years, may travel unaccompanied with no restrictions, but they can also have their care provided if requested by a parent.
